What does Koohoos mean?

Koohoos is associated with the sound made by the Cuckoo (Koyal). Our name summarises our love for birds and nature. Being nature lovers ourselves we strive to direct peoples attention towards nature and the environment, by helping people make simple eco-friendly and impactful choices.

What we do?

We source sustainable and ethical products from across India, work to promote artisanal crafts and endeavor to provide a platform to showcase products from NGOs and SHGs.

At the Koohoos Store, we have aimed to do things thoughtfully. We are located in a 100 year heritage house in the heart of Coonoor. We have reused items to create a unique interior that is filled with curiosities. 


All without compromising the boutique shopping experience. We are on the start of our journey, and no matter where you are on yours, we are here to help you every step of the way…
